About me
I’m a tax adviser known for my ability in bridging commercial solutions and tax issues. This ability comes partly from my experience working within the sector for the past two decades as well as the unique perspective I’ve gained volunteering for charities and writing and performing.
This path has led me to personally connecting senior tax leadership with ethical leadership and creative advocacy.
Today my work lives across three pillars:
- Strengthening organisations through strategic tax stewardship
- Championing ethical leadership and culture change
- Advocating for justice and expression through creative work
Whether I’m stepping in during moments of transition, training leaders to embed values into decision-making, or using poetry to process and provoke—my mission is the same:- to build better systems, amplify silenced voices, and leave the space stronger than I found it.

- Conducting workshops and seminars on ethical leadership practices tailored to real-world challenges.
- Advising organisations on embedding ethics into governance structures with measurable outcomes.
- Offering keynote talks that blend lived experience with strategic insight—shaping values-led leadership.
- Participating in panels and public discussions to promote integrity, inclusion, and culture change.
Creative Advocacy
Art as action. Truth-telling as resistance.
- Writing poetry and plays, performing spoken word around justice, equality, mental health, dating, trauma and healing.
- Publishing thought pieces and essays that provoke dialogue, encourage authenticity, and dismantle systems of harm.
- Creating accessible video content on violence against women and demystifying tax for wider audiences.
- Serving as trustee and/or ambassador to women’s rights organisations—supporting their work to end violence against women, lobby for change, provide refuge, and educate on harmful practices.
