I have a deeply personal relationship with what is just and what is fair, which has driven me in my personal and my professional life and shaped every role I’ve held and every challenge I have taken on.

Authenticity, fairness, accountability and inclusion became the cornerstones to my foundation upon which I built my career on. I wanted more than just EDI and CSR tick boxes. I wanted authenticity that ran throughout an organisational structure, which led me to leading with openness and authenticity in my career.

When at a panel presentation I spoke about my leadership style and the term Ethical Leadership. It wasn’t recognised/known which led to a separate conversation about Ethical Leadership.

That’s when I realised I had always been championing for Ethical Leadership in the roles I held, it wasn’t enough. I needed to champion the style and its benefits more widely and provide educational content about what it is, why it matters and how you can benefit from it.
